What Czech and English words are the same (or similar)?

When I start to learn a new language, i always like finding the true or partial cognates (words written the same or similarly that mean the same thing). There are a huge amount in Spanish/French with English, but I haven't found so many in Czech yet, can you give me a few words that I'd recognise to ease the learning curb? :)
