Question about dating and relationships? Please help!!?

I've been friends with this guy since we were in grade six. We're now both in grade 10 and we've been dating for a week. He told me last year that he liked me and I wasn't ready then but I am now. I am 6-7 months older than him. We were making out in a forest yesterday at lunch and I took off my shirt, I had a bra on underneath and I was still in my pants though. (wasn't planning on taking them off) I just wanted to have a little fun but he got really apprehensive and didn't like it. He's really awkward and has never done any of this stuff before. He just wants to go out places and cuddle, hold hands and kiss. I really like him but I'm looking for something more.... What do i do? I've tried talking to him about it but he said that it's just stuff he imagined himself doing in his 20s. He also asked me if it was my other friends putting me up to this. I told him it wasn't and that's the truth. he makes me feel like such a tramp. Any advice.
