The Patchwork Quilt Finder?

My mom has been looking for a book called The Patchwork Quilt.she says its about a girl and her grandmothers quilt and each square tells a different story.does anybody know where I can find this book and also there are other books called the patchwork quilt so please help me find this one please and thank you
