I feel so jealous and down?

im watching tv just now and im watching a chatshow. and theres this guy who met his internet bride over the internet, his russian bride. he met her on a date site. and he was describing how everything went so perfect, they met after a short while and fell in love, and shes beautifull, the chat shows called , trisha. and heres me battling psychiatric probs, whos got extremely low confidence who struggles to meet any girls, i cant even hold conversation sometimes, i feel so bad about myself. i feel as though i havent got anything going for me, im 29 and missed out so much, and i feel a desperation to catch up, im so lonely every night....then i watch the tv this morning and i see this guy come on the chatshow with a beeming smile and grin telling the audience about it. and the audience to have all got these huge grins as well, an i feel rejected, lonely, and angry, very angry.
