Need help please with ...?

hi, i made a new site called www.touchmobi.darkbb.com and it mainly for mobiles to get touch screen games which i have made and also download lots of other stuff, how can i promote this for free? i also need people to help make it better how can i have some free promotion and there are also free positions for moderator and stuff on my forum, is there anywhere i can get hold of people to do this?
