Someone offered me Pierre Garcon and Dustin Keller for Percy Harvin. Should I take it?

No. Even with Collie out of the lineup the extra pes are going to go to TE Tamme. As much as Peyton pes, if Garcon was going to get noticed much, it would have already happened. You don't need Keller because you have Tamme. Also, Percy Harvin is too talented to give away. Keep him and thank me later.
