Question about the Chronicles of Narnia the last battle ending?

I haven't read the last book, the last battle. Can someone explain why Susan is not in the book?, the train accident and why they all die except for Susan? Does Narnia no longer exist? Also, if you've read some of the books, what happens to the 4 siblings in their original lives in England? Do they really all die? where do they go after they die?
