How to get my bangs like this...And curling hair?

if your hair is short it wil still curl but it will curl more and so it will curl different than it used too. i dont know if you scrunch it or use heat...so it's kinda hard to tell you how to curl it. i say just experiment and scrunch it but it will curl more if its shorter because theres less weight to pull down your curls. the bangs you may have to blow dry to get volume and then straighten to get a sleek look. use a flat iron and style them by not just pulling them flat but pulling the flat iron to teh side with your bangs in it and lifting slightly upward til you get the desired look.l but if you use heat on your bangs constantly you will have to use a heat protectant or your bangs will keep getting shorter and shorter til it breaks off.
